Downtown Plan

The Apex Downtown Master Plan and Parking Study (Downtown Plan) establishes a guiding vision for the area inside of the Apex Peakway loop, addresses commercial and residential markets, identifies projects for placemaking and public spaces, and recommends parking strategies. The plan was developed with extensive public input, the guidance of an engaged Steering Committee, and through the talents of Stantec Urban Places.

The Downtown Plan, as unanimously adopted by Town Council on December 17, 2019, is available using the links below.
