Which section should my dog use?
The Town does not have a set limit for what size a dog should be to use either the small or large dog section of the park. However, as a general guideline small dogs are considered to weigh less than 22 pounds or be shorter than 16 inches and large dogs weigh greater than 25 pound sand measure 27 inches or greater at the shoulder. If your small dog is comfortable with large dogs or if you medium size dog is timid and not active then choose which feels best. But always be considerate of others and their pets when choosing which part of the park the use.
