The Town of Apex (Town) is conducting a qualification-based selection process for on-call professional services. Interested firms are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) package for consideration no later than 12:00 PM on May 07, 2021. Firms may submit qualifications for any or all of the following categories:
- Electric distribution system design
- Substation design and maintenance
- Distribution protection and controls
- Distribution system analysis (Milsoft platform)
The SOQ must be submitted in both hardcopy and electronic format no later than 12:00 PM on May 07, 2021. It is the sole responsibility of the consultant to ensure that the SOQ is received by the established deadline and at the proper location.
Hardcopy Submittal: Two (2) hardcopies of the SOQ shall be enclosed in a sealed package, addressed to the Town of Apex, and delivered to 105-B Upchurch Street (Public Works Administration Building). The name and address of the submitting firm, RFQ Number (ELE2021001) and the RFQ Title (On-Call Professional Services) shall be clearly visible on the outside of the package.
Electronic Submittal: The SOQ must be submitted electronically (.pdf format) via the Town’s BidNet Direct portal.
